Nauseated

Sorry I have not posted anything until today. It was a very very very busy week. I finished my last day of clinicals on Wednesday----YAY!!!! Then I worked Wednesday night. Thursday evening I had dinner/meeting with our local CFF director to discuss Great Strides. I'm really excited about the upcoming walk and like usual, will be extremely involved in coordinating the walk as well as being the committee chair for the friends and family teams. I will also be assisting one of our staff members with her walk in Auburn, AL this year (which is a brand-new walk).

I did work my usual 4 days this week and did stay late each day. We are very busy at work, which is a good thing. However, the environment can get a little stressful at times.

I still have been dragging all week and have gotten very little sleep. I talked with my coordinator on Wednesday and Thursday, and if I get worse over the weekend, I am supposed to call the coordinator on call. I am supposed to touch base with my coordinator on Monday or Tuesday next week regardless. The wheezing and coughing has been better today. I was extremely exhausted last night and went to bed around 9:00. However, I spent my entire morning/early afternoon today nauseated and throwing up. I really felt sick this morning. I decided to lay down about 3:00, and ended up sleeping until about 7:00 pm. I am now trying to knock out a few school things why I feel up to it.

I am praying that I can make it through the next few weeks until after Thanksgiving and final exams. I have a clinic appointment on December 3rd, and would really like to wait until then before I have to go back to transplant clinic. But of course, if anything happens in the meantime, I will definitely go get checked out. This time of the year is worse for me, and I've actually done pretty well to have not gotten pneumonia yet.

Next week will be a little less stressful, and I am looking forward to Thanksgiving and spending time with family.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will post again soon...promise!!
