BTW, sound like your dr. is an idiot (we've had a few like him)...stick up for yourself and don't allow him to ever handle your case again.
BTW, consider contacting a patient advocate at your hospital, if you haven't yet. Your coordinator can only (or is only willing) do so much, but a patient advocate won't care who your dr thinks he is. And, make sure you let said dr. know that you've contacted the advocate if you choose to do so.
